Lead Distillery is a business name of Imitza Limited, registered in England & Wales, company no. 05192104. Registered office: Clavering House, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3NG. Imitza Limited is the controller of the personal data described here.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the details you send us through it. When we work with your business, how we handle the data in your CRM is covered by our agreement with you.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect:

• your name, work email and company
• which CRM you use, if any, and roughly how many contacts you have
• anything you choose to tell us in the message box

This site doesn’t use cookies, advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who ask to hear from us. We won’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell your details.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run this site and reply to you: our website host, which receives form submissions on our behalf, and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, it’s protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to two years after we were last in touch, unless you become a client. Then our agreement with you applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or have a copy to take elsewhere. To do any of these, email us at hello@leaddistillery.com.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If anything changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
